Booking
Please call 077353 85966 to make a booking. We hope to launch online booking in the very near future. Thank you.
You can call to book anytime and we will try to accommodate your requested day and time, even if that does not fit within our usual working hours.
On arrival to your appointment, please park in the drive.
We accept cash or bank transfer payment on the day of treatment. Thank you.
Cancellation
We request 24 hours notice should need to cancel your appointment. You will be charged 50% of your treatment/ treatments booked if cancelling within 24 hours and 100% of your treatment/ treatments if you fail to show.
If you are running late, we do understand that this happens, but please ring 077353 85966 to let us know as soon as you can. Your treatment time may be reduced, should lack of time hinder the quality of your experience or if there is not sufficient time to complete the treatment before our next client, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Mobile Phones & Valuables
Mobile phones must be turned to silent during appointments to ensure you gain the maximum out of your treatments, relax and escape from your busy schedule.
Please ensure you retrieve all valuables before leaving as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Patch Testing
We do not require patch testing for the treatments we offer, however if you do wish to have a lash lift, tint or eyebrow tint as an additional treatment when booking another service, we would need to patch test 24 hours prior to treatment. Please note that patch tests are only valid for 6 months and will need to be redone should you fall outside of this time frame.
We recommend that you avoid heat treatments and any vigorous exercise before and after hair removal treatments. Please see waxing 'Pre and Post Care' in the forms section of the website. Thank you.
Your Health
Should your medical history change between visits, please ensure that you let us know as this may affect your treatment.
If you have recently had a tattoo, sunburn, fungal infections or other issue relating to your skin that is to be treated, please call 077353 85966 to inform us, as this may also affect your treatment.
